Therapy is shaped by the connection we create, more easily felt than described. I offer a free consultation call to help you sense the fit.
Hello, I’m Jasmine
I’m a friendly, down-to-earth therapist originally from Manchester. After living away for over 10 years, my accent has softened a bit, people often say they can’t quite place it.
These days, Liverpool feels like home, and I’m building a strong sense of community here that means a lot to me.
My career started in Social Work at the University of Central Lancashire. During my studies, I completed my dissertation and final placement supporting sex workers, which sparked something in me around helping people make sense of their experiences, find their voice, and feel understood without judgement.
From there, I worked with a children’s cancer charity, supporting children at the end of their lives and walking alongside their families through grief and loss. It was a role that deeply shaped me, both personally and professionally.

I then spent seven years working in Child Protection Social Work, eventually managing a team. During that time, I saw the impact of trauma, systemic pressures, relationships, and the different ways people learn to cope and survive.
It was also during this chapter of my life that I experienced therapy myself for the first time. I still remember what it felt like to say things out loud that I’d carried for years, to feel seen, understood, and to begin understanding myself more deeply too.
Alongside working, I trained part-time as a therapist between 2021 and 2024, qualifying in July 2024.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve always felt things deeply. I’ve always been curious about people, about the “why” behind how we are, how our experiences shape us, and how we show up in the world and in relationships.
That curiosity, warmth, and genuine love for human connection are what I bring into my work as a therapist.
I aim to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are, without pressure or judgement.
I am a trauma-informed therapist with experience supporting clients through the lasting impact of childhood trauma and the complexities of relationships. Including family dynamics, romantic relationships, sibling relationships, and friendships.
I work with individuals who have experienced domestic abuse, helping them rebuild their sense of self after narcissistic relationships, emotional manipulation, and gaslighting that may have led them to question their own reality and voice.
Alongside this, I support individuals navigating depression, anxiety, stress, and self-esteem difficulties, offering a compassionate and collaborative approach that supports emotional resilience, personal growth, and healthier relationships.

I have a deep understanding of neurodiversity and extensive experience working with autistic individuals and those with ADHD and OCD, both diagnosed and self-identifying. My practice is neurodivergent-affirming and grounded in recognising and valuing difference rather than pathologising it.
As a queer therapist, I offer an inclusive and affirming space for LGBTQ+ individuals. I am both trans-affirming and neurodiversity-affirming, and I strive to create a therapeutic relationship where clients feel seen, respected, and understood.
My own life experiences have shaped the way I work, and I understand what it can feel like to be sitting on the other side of the room or screen seeking support.
Whatever brings you to therapy, my commitment is to provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can share your story openly, and where together we can begin to make sense of your experience.
How & Where We Meet
Sessions are 50 minutes and take place online via Microsoft Teams or in person in Mossley Hill, Liverpool.
Your Journey
I recommend weekly meetings to build consistency and a safe space. Whether short or long-term, you stay for as long as it feels right.
Fees & Accessibility
Each session is £50, due before the session via bank transfer. I offer a limited number of reduced-rate spaces if the fee is a barrier.
Before we begin working together, I offer a free initial conversation by telephone or Microsoft Teams. This usually lasts around 20–30 minutes and is a relaxed, informal space for us to explore what you’re hoping to gain from therapy and the kind of support you might need at this time. I’ll also explain how I work and what you can expect from the therapeutic process.
This call is an opportunity for you to get a sense of whether I might be the right counsellor for you, and you’re welcome to ask any questions you may have. If you prefer, you can also email me beforehand with anything you’d like to clarify, using the contact form.
